Below are the studio terms and conditions which clients are required to agree to before commencing classes with Beyond Pilates.
Your use of our services is governed by these terms and any policies or separate terms and conditions we may publish from time to time on our website. By attending classes you are confirming to us that you accept these terms. We may change or update the terms at any time by posting changes to our website.
If a booked class needs to be cancelled, please try and give us as much notice as possible so we may rebook your place. Classes cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be fully charged.
Current rates for Pilates classes are subject to change from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
Exercise is not without risk and participating in a Pilates sessions may result in injury. To reduce the risk of injury it may be advisable to consult your doctor before you start to train, particularly if you have a medical condition, are taking medication or have any related concerns. If you are pregnant please consult your primary carer to discuss whether it is suitable for you to partake in Pilates sessions. You must advise your Pilates instructor if you are pregnant. Remember at all times to use common sense and tell an instructor or doctor if are experiencing pain or discomfort during or after any session.
If for any reason we feel we cannot continue to provide services to you we may stop providing our service to you at any time.
Release and waiver: You/the client will assume full responsibility while voluntarily participating in any training class at your/their sole risk.
